Second Album: Flying Lotus - Los Angeles
For those that don’t know, I’m an avid fan of electronic music. I will listen to basically anything with a synthesizer or drum machine in it, something that will make me want to dance until I die. This album, Los Angeles, is a prime example of what I’m talking about. I’ve listened to this thing countless times but I simply cannot get enough of it. Songs like “Parisian Goldfish” and “Comet Course” get me moving every time; I truly believe its impossible not to dance to this record. The 17 tracks on this beast move so incredibly fast that it’ll be over before you blink. Out of all the electronic albums I’ve listened to, nothing has topped this album, and I doubt anything will. In a word, Los Angeles is perfect.
